I visited MacDonald recently and I noticed that their big Mac became so small that I could fit the whole burger in my mouth. Looks like they are trying to find ways to force customer to upsize their meals to make more profit. That’s ok as long as the upsize is not for sadness 🙂 STAY HAPPY EVERYBODY!

It’s easy to put things in your mouth at times, but it might give your body a lot of burden to get rid of them afterwards. I try to control my diet and sugar intake very conciously on a daily basis. But sometimes, it does go out of control when going on a holiday. I guess its ok to pamper yourself with lots of sweet stuff once in a while. It won’t hurt much 🙂
